Agreement

Annafenni ( www.annafenni.com) owns proprietary right and operation right of Annafennis(below call Annafenni for short). All the service offered by the Site must follow the regulation ,terms and clause of agreement which represented herein. In order to protect Lawful rights and interests of Author and copyright owner, Annafenni make declaration as below:

In connection with your use of Annafenni Site ( including ,without limitation, submit information to any public areas of the Site, such as bulletin boards ,forums and newsgroups , transmit & download materials , and the likes),you have read and agree with all regulation ,terms and clause of agreement specified herein.

Rights and Duty for writers

Rights

Writers own the copyright of any information or materials available on the site which provided by themselves. Without the agreement or permission of Annafenni or writers, you could not copy, download, editor ,publisher or used for other commercial use.

Duty
In accordance with the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China , you agree you will not:

1. post or transmit any material that you do not have a right to reproduce ,display, or transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as nondisclosure agreement)
2. Delete any author attributions ,legal notices or proprietary designations or labels that you upload to any communication feature.
3. Copy, download, editor ,publisher or commercial link of, any information or materials available on the site without authorization

Any materials or resources which submitted or uploaded is forbidden to contain , involve, relate to below information:

a) Demolish any applicable local, state, national or international law. Or national constitution
b ) Agitate to overthrow the country regime and socialist system,
c ) Agitate to split country and destroy national unification ,
d ) Agitate nation enmity , the ethnic discrimination , undermine national unity,
e) Transmit any message, information, data, text, software, or image, or other content(“materials”) that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectional that may invade another’s right of privacy or publicity.
f) damage the reputation of state organs ther information which violate any applicable local, state, national or international law. or national constitution.

g) Endanger and injure the nation safety , disclose confidential information of country.


Any message, information, data, text, software, or image, or other content(“materials”) which contain any one of above information will be refused ,returned, cancelled by Annafenni. And put the promulgator to blacklist or report it to public security organs if seriously.

Rights and Duty for Annafenni

Rights

Your upload or supply any materials to Annafenni means that you understand that (1) Annafenni is grant to use, copy, transmit, distribute,、reproduce,editor , interpret, or create derivative works of ,publicly display, publicly perform any materials and other information.(2) within allowable the greatest extent permitted by law , Annafenni is grant to enjoy those rights.(3)Annafenni do not pay for any materials which you supplied.(4)Annafenni only offer a platform for you to announce & spread your work and Annafenni won’t bear any legal liability for, but not limited to original creative problem , copyright problem connecting with any materials uploaded by writers.

Duty

Regarding to your submit materials or works , Annafenni only has the right to use . Without getting your permission in advance, Annafenni is not grant to sale any submit materials or works to third-party privately. Annafenni is reliable to protect intellectual property ,legal right or interests of writers and copyright-owners and Annafenni by strictly operating in accordance with any clauses, terms, regulations of the agreement, which represented herein or amend or completed hereafter development.

Ervice’s Break-off & Stop

Annafenni is grant to amend service term if necessary. And Annafenni will open the amended portions of service term on the site. If disagree with the amended portions of term , user should take action to cancel the service .but if user continue to use the service , Annafenni treat it that user accept the amendatory term.

Annafenni and any cooperative company in future is grant to toll for any service available on the site. Annafenni also is allowed to amend or modify or change the standard or way for charge. If user refuse to pay for the service, annafennis will stop the service without special notice.

Special noted that Annafenni is grant to amend or, break-off,or stop portions of or all services offered by or available on the site no matter with or without advanced notice. After amendatory, amended portions will be open on this site as noticed . Annafenni has no responsibility for any damage or loss may caused from break-off or stop portions of or all services mentioned above.

 if any one kind of below circumstance being found ,Annafenni is grant to break off or stop any service offered by or available on the site without advanced notice.

1. user’s personal profile is not true
2. user violate any rule which regulated herein
3. in accordance with the requirement of authorities concerned

Modification for term

Annafenni is grant to modify any clause of the agreement at any moment .and open the modified portions on the site once changed.

User should take action to stop use the service offered by or available on the site if disagree with any modified clause. If user still continue to use the service after modification, Annafenni treat it that user agree to accept the modification.

limitiation of liability

1. User take the risk by yourself to use the site. Annafenni do not ensure below items:

1. Annafenni must meet all the requirement from user
2. Annafenni is able to offer any content, advertising, products, services or other materials on or available from the site timely and safely without disturb or error

It is up to you to download or get any information through or not through Annafenni. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses ,worms, trojans, horses, and other items of a destructive nature.


In no event will Annafenni be liable for any loss of benefits , reputation, usage , any materials ,directly or indirectly arising from but not limited to below circumstances:

Because of the act of Providence or the other unexpected event, impossibly ,unnecessary or meaningless to fulfill the agreement ,both sides equal irresponsibility. Definition

User: its Individual or organ who access Annafenni with correct ID and agree to follow the term for use which represented herein.

Writer: refer to designer or organ who submit any materials and other information(including ,without limitation , ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) to any public areas of the site or by email to Annafenni by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed.
